Do you need Support/Service/Maintenance for your HotStick USA product?
If you want to have your HotStick USA equipment rechecked or it does not behave normally, contact your nearest authorized service center or HotStick USA, Inc., 2500 Catalina Ct., Raleigh, NC 27607, USA. Contact us in writing, by fax and/or phone.
When you contact us for service, make sure you have the serial number of the unit and the approximate date sold available. A brief description of the problem, the return address and a person's name and phone number should accompany a returned unit.
If it is a warranty repair, state so. If not, provide if possible a purchase order number. If you require an estimate before proceeding with the repair, let us know.
