HotStick USA’s terms for established accounts, State/Federal or Municipal Agencies are NET 30 Days FOB Chapel Hill, NC. Unless otherwise specified we will ship via UPS ground and prepay and bill the shipping charges.
Warranty Information
All HotStick USA products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery against all defects in material or workmanship. We will at our option repair or replace any unit free of charge if returned to HotStick USA, Inc., 2500 Catalina Ct., Raleigh, NC 27607, USA or the nearest authorized service center. Please contact us prior to return of any equipment. |
